ClaimTools’ comprehensive on-site training has been developed
to get key personnel up-to-speed quickly and easily. Supported by
thorough and easy-to-understand documentation, ClaimTools’
on-site training covers all aspects of installation, configuration,
operation and troubleshooting. A self-paced web-based training program
covering all the features of the on-site program is also available.
Among the services available under the ClaimTools’ Standard
Support Plan are Help Desk and on-site technical support, data back-up,
automatic ClaimSnap Base Station updates, hardware replacement loans,
and photo media.
